Transparent by design
SubItems Pro is hosted on monday code. App requests are authenticated through monday.com, and background Rollup Sync configuration is kept in monday.com's SecureStorage.

The app reads and updates board values only when a user action or configured rollup requires it.
Authorization, board identifiers, rules, and webhook metadata are stored in monday.com SecureStorage.

No. Syncs are unlimited on active boards. Each plan controls how many boards can be active and how many rollup rules each board can have.
To run background rollups, the app stores per-account authorization, account and board identifiers, rollup rules, and webhook metadata in monday.com SecureStorage. Board values are read and updated through the monday.com API when an action or configured rollup requires it.
